We're required by law to verify your identity before processing withdrawals and, in some cases, before you can access all site features. This is standard Know Your Customer (KYC) practice across the industry.

If we detect any of these activities, we'll suspend your account, investigate, and may report the matter to relevant authorities. Any winnings obtained through prohibited means will be voided.
All games on CasiGo are provided by licensed software suppliers and use certified random number generators (RNGs). Game outcomes are random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
In the event of a technical error during a game — a disconnection, a display glitch, anything like that — the round may be voided. We'll do our best to resolve these situations fairly, but game logs are the final record of what happened.
